About Us

Our Approach

AueraFin is a consultation-based capital architecture firm that designs and executes complex cross-border capital and settlement structures for a select group of industrial family-owned companies and high-net-worth principals.

We do not manage client assets or hold custody.

We provide specialized consultation on capital structure, settlement architecture, and cross-border execution, always coordinating with the client’s existing legal and tax advisors.

We were founded on a simple conviction: the traditional financial system is structurally fragile, and most wealth strategies are built on a single rail. We exist to design the alternative within your jurisdictional framework.

Our team combines deep expertise in valuation, M&A, private equity, and cross-border regulatory frameworks with a forward-looking understanding of digital settlement infrastructure. We don’t follow market trends — we read structural shifts and position our clients accordingly within the current market.

How We Work

Engagement structure

Consultation-based engagements, calibrated to deal complexity and architectural scope. No performance cuts. No retainers tied to assets under management. Transparent fee structure disclosed during initial assessment.

Scope

We design and coordinate. We do not custody. We do not manage funds. We do not provide regulated investment advice. We coordinate with the principal’s existing tax counsel, legal advisors, and regulated intermediaries — banks, OTC desks, custodians, exchanges — to architect operational sovereignty across the capital structure.

Jurisdiction and registration

Legal entities registered in Estonia (European Union) and Wyoming (United States). Practice operating globally since 2021. Corporate documentation and compliance framework available under NDA upon qualified inquiry.

“Your assets are diversified. Your settlement layer is not.”
